Everything on this site and in the Organizer Kit is general information and organizational worksheets. None of it is legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or a legal document.
The Organizer Kit helps you record where your documents are, what your wishes are, and how your practical life is wired. It does not create, replace, or validate a will, a trust, a power of attorney, a health-care directive, or any other legal instrument, and completing it does not change who inherits anything or who holds legal authority over your care, accounts, or property. Those instruments are governed by your state's law and are properly prepared with an attorney, or — for advance directives — through your state's official forms.
Guidance about platform settings (such as Apple Digital Legacy, Google Inactive Account Manager, and Facebook Legacy Contact) describes those services as of October 2026 and is general information; the platforms control their own tools and may change them. Whether a platform, bank, or hospital honors a setting or a document is that institution's decision.
The 48-Hour Test is a planning self-assessment. Its verdict is an estimate built from your own answers and published weights; it is not a prediction, an assessment of any person, or a promise about any outcome.
This site is not an emergency service. If you or someone near you is in immediate danger or medical distress, call your local emergency number.
